How does the AI grade exam papers?
The teacher photographs or uploads the papers and the marking scheme. A dedicated AI model suggests a mark and a comment for each paper. The teacher reviews, adjusts and approves: no mark is published without their approval.
How do parents pay the fees?
With Airtel Money or MTN Mobile Money from the app or a link, or in cash at the school office. Every payment is matched automatically and the parent receives a receipt by SMS and as a PDF.
My school still runs on paper. Is that a problem?
No. Ready-to-fill Excel templates let you bring in students, payments and grades. Each import is checked and previewed before anything is saved, with an error report.
Does Teyelo work on a weak connection?
Yes. The platform is built for low bandwidth, the mobile app works offline and syncs later, and SMS takes over when the internet is down.
How can I check that a document is genuine?
Every certificate or report card carries a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can scan it to confirm it is authentic. Any change to the document makes the check fail.
Who owns the school’s data?
The school does. Data can be exported at any time in open formats, with no lock-in.
